The aim of this project is to leverage state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, such as Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Semantic Web, to develop a state-of-the-art chatbot to serve as a personal assistant for Third Country Nationals (TCNs). The assistant is designed to support the social inclusion and reception of TCNs, facilitating access to information from official sources.
